| Martin Siderius is a physicist/electrical engineer. His research field is ocean acoustics and includes experimental and theoretical studies of shallow water, acoustic propagation physics. His current research topics include developing acoustic inversion techniques for rapid assessment of seabed properties, underwater acoustic communications, developing propagation tools for studying the effects of sound on the marine environment, and developing environmentally adaptive sonar, signal processing methods. |
